Junior Pool sessions for children in S1 upwards take place in Mallaig Pool between October and December and in January/February.. There are sessions for beginners and improvers. Numbers are limited so get your name down early.

Junior improvers have a chance to get out on the sea or loch in the summer. River trips are also organised from time to time.

Pool sessions will resume again in October.

Three Juniors attained BCU 3 star status in 2009 and five the BCU 2 star - well done to them.

Pool sessions take place in Mallaig Pool between October and December and in February/March each year between 8-9p.m. Come along and give it a try. Informal coaching is available or just do your own thing.

Sea coaching evenings will take place from late Spring.

If you are interested in any of these please contact Mike.

If you have a request for coaching in any particular skill/s or activity get in touch with Mike and he will try to organise something provided there is sufficient interest. Sessions may require additional payment if outside intructors need to be acquired.

If you think you would like to gain a coaching qualification to help out in the club then contact Mike or another committee member for more information. Personal qualifications (Star Awards) are a pre-requisite for Coaching Awards.

The evening coached sessions have been going really well and the Club has an ever increasing number of improving paddlers, ready to have a go at ever more challenging conditions.
